"We came out to Rolling Hills and fell in love with the area and the condo. That's where we met Nick and we got along from the start. He knew exactly what we were looking for and what the seller was looking for. He helped us negotiate a price that made both parties happy. We got lucky, especially since it was so hard to be able to get a deal done, with so much competition on buying properties. The whole buying process took us a month, and Nick was ALWAYS available, so helpful, and so trustworthy. I always felt like we were in good hands. “This review is long overdue and much deserved. Nick Burdiak represented us through the process of buying our first home. Throughout the entire process, Nick was accessible, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all a fierce advocate. One example stands out in particular. Before we purchased our current home, we made an offer on another property. During inspections, several issues became apparent. Most concerningly, a weight-bearing beam had been removed inappropriately. Nick Burdiak made sure we received our deposit back in full. Nick went above and beyond to guide us closely on every step of the homebuying process - from showings and offers to inspections and escrow. He even remained in contact when we had questions about the remodeling process, which was beyond the call. Finally, it is worth noting that Nick's close working relationship with Chris Adlam, a longstanding South Bay real estate heavyweight, proved advantageous during negotiations. Overall we cannot be happier with our experience working with Nick Burdiak. We most certainly hope to work with him again in the future.”
