Palos Verdes Peninsula

The Palos Verdes Peninsula is an oasis among the bustling metropolis of Los Angeles and the beach cities.  Palos Verdes is broken up in to four cities - Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, and Rolling Hills Estates (there is an additional area of unincorporated county land as well).

With mostly single family residences on larger lots, this part of LA County is noticeably less dense than its neighboring  beach cities.  In 2020, the average price of a home on the Palos Verdes Peninsula was $1,763,983 and the average price per square foot was $660.92.  The price of homes on the Peninsula have a large variation based on location, views, and the size of the property and/or lot.  Home prices range from $300,000 condos to luxury homes that go for north of $20 million.
