Surrounding Beach Cities

Other surrounding beach cities include, but are not limited to Torrance, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, and Westchester. Each of these cities have their own unique character.  Like most of the South Bay, these cities have enjoyed prosperous growth recently.  

During 2020, El Segundo saw an average price of $1,382,561 with an average price per square foot of $717.47.​

At the same time, Torrance saw an average price of $829,707 ($528.81 per square foot).  In South and West Torrance specifically, there was an average price of $1,022,616 ($585.69 per square foot).
